Returns |
If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of receipt
of your order, we will gladly either:
- Refund your full purchase price, we
will refund original shipping charges, if we've sent the wrong
item, or if the item is defective.
- Replace the product with something
else. Or,
- Replace any missing or damaged parts.
- When merchandise is returned to
Products
of Canada,
your card will be credited within 30 days of receipt of
merchandise.

Return Procedure
To return an item,
please:
- Notify us by E-Mail:
Returns@productsofcanada.com
- Send your package back to us insured
for your protection and prepaid via United Parcel Service CanPar,
Canada Post or U.S. mail.
- All merchandise must be returned in its
original package. If you have built an item, please take it
apart and repack it.
- Please include:
a. Copy of order or
Products
of Canada
online order number.
b. Reason for return.
c. Send all returns to sender:
d. Mark "Merchandise Return" on box.
