Plank
cooking adds a rich, smoky-sweet flavour to meats, poultry and seafood!
Try
this on your next Fishing Trip.
It's light in weight and virtually sets up anywhere.
Your catch will be the tasting and juiciest you ever prepared.
First
Step:Soak
your plank for at least one hour by submerging it in water using a weight
to hold it down.
Second
Step:Brush
plank with olive or
vegetable oil and place
food directly on the plank. The moist smoke keeps food from drying
out. To increase cooking time you may also ‘tent’ a piece of aluminum
foil over the cooker. Once food is done the plank may also be used as a
serving platter.
CAUTION:
Plank and
Cooker will
be very hot when handling.
